The rules of the game Craps

Craps is one of the oldest gambling games (there is an opinion that it appeared in ancient times). It is widely popular among online casino users. This is due to the high chances of winning, because the advantage of the casino here is less than in many other analogues.

Craps gameplay

In real casinos, users roll the dice on their own, largely due to this Craps gained popularity. In the online versions, everything happens at the expense of a random number generator.

1. Phase one

Identification of the player Point (in Russian-speaking circles, this position is called the shooter). The following options are possible:
Loss 2,3-wins the bet Don't Pass Line (payment 1 to 1)
12 – the return of the bet
7.11 (this position is called natural) - win the Pass Line bet, the rest of the bets go in favor of the casino.
The remaining combinations of the dropped value is awarded the status of a Point. In other cases, the transition of the course is obtained until the shooter is identified.

2. The second stage - Point Roll

Here everything is easier-the shooter makes throws until Point (which was revealed at the previous stage of the number) or 7 falls out. In the latter situation, the shooter is defeated and gives the right to move to the next player (the scenario is the same).

Betting options

The process of playing Craps is quite simple, but the betting system is much more complicated here. Carefully studying it, you can significantly increase your chances of success, because there is an opportunity to make several bets at the same time, which will replace or complement each other. So, there are such options:

  • Pass Line (is done only on the first stage-definition of arrow). Win if the roll is 7 or 11, lose on 2, 3 and 12. In other cases, continues to play. Victory in such situation accrues if Point is revealed before, than 7. The payout is 1 to 1.
  • Don't Pass Line-the opposite position. Victory at the loss of 2 or 3 (if dropped 12-is returned). Defeat-7 or 11. The game continues if the Point is determined and the win comes only if the 7 falls before the Point.
  • Come-bet on the next Point. The victory goes to if the sum is equal to 7 or 11. When triggered by a 2,3 or 12, the bet loses. In all other cases, the bet is moved. In this case, it wins if the Come 7 will be rolled before. It is impossible to remove the bet.
  • Don't Come is the opposite bet. Win-2 or 3, defeat-7 or 11, return-12. In all other cases, the actions are the same, only she wins when she drops 7 earlier than Don't Come.
  • Pass Line Odds-gives the opportunity to improve the already set Pass Line (wins in exactly the same cases). Payout: 4 or 10-2 to 1; 5 or 9-2 to 3; 6 or 8-5 to 6.
  • Don't Pass Line Odds-the opposite bet to improve the position of Don't Pass Line. Payouts are completely mirrored (4 or 10-1 to 2, etc.).
  • Come Odds-bet improvement Come (win in those cases). Payouts are the same as Pass Line Odds.
  • Don't Come Odds - the bet is her mirror. Payouts are like Don't Pass Line Odds.
  • Win-bet on any number (except 7). Wins if this value falls before the seven. Payouts: 4 or 10-9 to 5; 5 or 9-7 to 5; 6 or 8-7 to 6.
  • Lose - the opposite bet (that is, on the number that does not fall out). Payouts: 4 or 10-5 to 11; 5 or 9-5 to 8; 6 or 8 4 to 5.
  • Hard Way - loss of a double (except 1+1 and 6+6) to the loss of 7 or the same amount. Payout: 3 or 4-9 to 1; 2 or 5-7 to 1.
  • Big 6 (or 8) - drop 6 (8) before 7. The payout is 1 to 1.
  • Field-win at drop 2,3,4,9,10,11,12. Payout: at 12 - 2 to 1, in all other cases 1 to 1.
  • Any Craps-win on a roll of 2,3 or 12. The payout is 7 to 1.
  • Craps 2(12) - loss 2 (12). The payout is 30 to 1.
  • Craps 3 (11)- the payout is 15 to 1.
  • Any Seven (7) - the payout is 4 to 1.
At any time, you can make several bets at once without any restrictions (some online casinos may have their own restrictions).
